Implement attachments

This looks unimplemented too. Attached some screenshots of how it could work. Pretty simple stuff...

But, who can upload attachments? I'd say it should at least require a login, maybe even admin rights.

Well,
I think the upload would be restricted based on if you want a public wiki or not (the require login to post option).
The screenshots make sense and would make a smart UI. Right now I was thinking of just using it for pictures and thus attachments aren't scoped to a particular document. Your version of the UI seems to scope the attachment, which probably makes much more sense.
Thoughts?

It seems like attachments would only make sense in the scope of the page you uploaded it in.
